Warranty We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our furniture. If damage occurs to our furniture over the lifetime of the original owner, we will fix them free of charge minus shipping and handling. This warranty does not cover damage caused by or during shipping, damage caused by disregard of care and maintenance instructions, user negligence or general wear and tear.
Wood Color & Grain Variation All of our work is made of real, solid wood and thus natural variations in color and graining from piece to piece and even within a single piece sometimes occur. We strive to limit this by making pieces and even coupled works from the same log but this is not always possible. We therefore cannot and will not guarantee color and grain consistency in our work.
Care & Maintenance A “Care & Maintenance” write-up is included with each shipment.
